Priorities

Last night, my son took me on a date. It was really fun. We went to the mall and looked around. I bought him a new binder for school. Then we went to a movie. He paid and bought me a pop and we shared a chocolate bar. I could tell by the look on her face that the girl at the counter thought that it was adorable that my son was taking me out. He handled everything so well...ordering, taking out his wallet, paying, thanking the girl and making sure that I had everything I wanted. He's going to be a really great catch one day. I'm just glad that I don't have to share him quite yet. We went to McDonalds after the movie. It was a good night. (Not nutritionally, but in every other way)

It was nice to get out because at home there was trouble brewing. Our new car that we've had only for about a week now needs transmission work to the tune of $1200 - $2000.00. Hubby is stressed out about the money. He brought it in last night for repairs. They'll have it for at least two days which means I'm walking to work today and tomorrow. Fun, fun. I'd better go and get ready since I've got to leave early. Thank God it's not raining!!!
