Miser

I warned the kids that Hubby would be grouchy for a while. He always gets stressed out when money is in short supply. He's been in a pretty good mood so far, but I can see it starting. His shoulders are tightening up and he will sit and worry. This morning, he actually told my son to brush his teeth in the dark. The bathroom fixture takes three light bulbs and Hubby didn't think that it was worth running all three just for that. I wonder if he'll be so money-conscious when it's time to bet on Sunday's football games? Ahh..Good times ahead. Yes indeed.

On a completely different topic, As I go through the memory box, I find that most of the pictures are of my son. You know, first born and all that. My daughter has noticed this too and is unimpressed. So, just so you know, I love her just as much as I do my son - I just have less pictures. (And yes, I have even fewer of Emily as she came into my life much later.) So here's a pretty Kianna. The back of the photo says May '96 which would make her only four months old.

Ashleigh, This is the day that we came to watch you march in the parade with the band*
