Kept my promise! Blogging!
E. got some sad news today. Her dog died on Friday night. Poor kid had a pretty emotional weekend.
I took K. shopping and she used up most of the gift certificates that she got for her birthday. It was nice to have a girls day - just the two of us.
R. is halfway through his exams. He's not stressed about it at all. Hubby's been nagging the kid to get a job. I'm caught in the middle.
Now you're all caught up. Exciting huh? Maybe I'll find something witty to say tomorrow. :)

hahah.. i TOTALLY don't identify with losing a pet. i don't view pets as part of the family at ALL.. i was mildly sad when our puppy died, and i suppose i'll be somewhat sad when our dogs die, but i can't imagine having an emotional or bad weekend over it. i know, i know.. so unfeeling. but it is hard to get attached to something that will eat your couch at a moment's notice..
I'm not really a pet person either, but E. has always REALLY loved animals. Between losing her dog, becoming a (10 year old) woman and watching everybody make a big deal over her older sister's birthday....Her weekend was pretty emotional.
